NMCC Feb. banner.png

Once a quarter we are hosting a community call with our entire network to connect and practice the principles of neighboring and Asset Based Community Development. We have met amazing people over the years and this is an opportunity to learn from each other in the same space.

We will spend 90 minutes together and the rough agenda is mapped below.

  • Introduction the Neighboring Movement Team

  • Connecting with other people in the community

  • Participating in breakout sessions based on your interest

  • Sharing key learning with the large group

Breakout sessions will include:

  • Neighboring Movement Overview and Q&A

  • Neighboring as a Faith-Based Organization

  • Neighboring as a Spiritual Practice

  • Leaning into the Awkward, Neighboring as an Introvert

  • Neighboring during Covid

  • Coalition Building

  • Neighboring and Disability

When you register you will be asked to consider something you might be willing to share and to describe something you might want to learn. We are particularly interested in skills or experiences in nurturing authentic and thriving communities.
